Ceramic hand painted Tea pot stand

Pretty decorated tea pot stand I would guess... Not sure of the maker as quite wore, maybe French ?
Date I would guess early to mid century ?

The design is typical Aesthetic movement.
The Rd No is for 1884 so that fits.

The first line will be the pattern name ******EUNYSUM?
Next line is the maker but some is missing.

** Had a long research in to the item and thanks to denbydump who gave me information as a great starting point ...

I have found the following out about the item : Tennyson pattern with hand painted detail / Reg number pointed me to the maker to be NEW Wharf Pottery ..

The mark showing in Goddens for this period is - N. W. P. CO.
or with a B. following, for Burslem.
