Japanese large tile? Green drip glaze 2657ac10This tile was purchased in Japan in the 1950s it measures 11” x 11” and is 1” tall it has a mark at the bottom but is very hard to decipher or capture in a photo the surface has a wonderful crackle texture. Any info about it would be much appreciated. I have browsed through all the interesting posts here over the last month and finally got the courage to post a few of my favorites though I don’t know much more than that I really like the items

It’s Japanese oribe ware. Might have been new when it was bought in the 50s
