This is modern French faience, made by one of the ateliers de faience.
looks like Taillaudier, hand decorated, but no idea where it was made..

The triskell mark would suggest that it was made in Brittany, where there are several faïence factories, the best known of which is Henriot in Quimper.

And I think the name is Taillandier (compare the "n" with the last letter in "main")
