Murano Luigi Onesto Glass Perfume Bottle?

Good afternoon everyone

I wonder if someone could help identify the signature on the base of this Murano sommerso perfume bottle? I have been told it may be an Onesto piece but I’m unable to decipher the name.

It’s quite a large item, very heavy with a ‘Vetro Artistico’ label.

Any help appreciated.

The photo of the label is poor but I think the code is 037, the code for Formia which corresponds to the base signature.
