Small verdigirs studio jug/ewer - Help needed to ID mark

Dear Forum,

Attached photos of a small verdigris studio jug/ewer. Very small maker's mark of a capital L within an ellipse/distorted circle placed on the bottom edge.

Apologies, hard to shoot the mark can add that the "L" is a very plain typeface (not unlike the default "L" used to type our messages here!) and the blu-tack trick isn't working on this one either!

Any thoughts etc on the mark / jug gratefully received

Height - 12cm
widest diameter - 9cm
