Hand made/painted seahorse large bowl. SP or PS mark? Empty Hand made/painted seahorse large bowl. SP or PS mark?

Hello,
I have this bowl, in my opinion it's very well painted and I love the style.
I can't find anything similar and I can't find the maker.
Does anyone have any ideas. Looks like SP or PS?

could be PC its like paul chambosts mark but its not by him

Doreen Pickard had a similar written mark. She usually made animal figurines, in a similar type of clay and decoration

And Len Cook in Australia had a similar stamp
