What is this please? Empty What is this please?

Thought it could be a Bay but no markings that would indicate that. Then thought of Vetter (I've seen some in a similar green by them) but all of theirs I've seen have the makers name so I'm stumped. Form number 426 on the base, a black V can be seen but not sure if that was made at manufacture or later and about 18-20cms high (not to hand at the moment).

What is this please? All4-8

probably Ü(belacker) Keramik, a bigger pic would be helpfull.
