Coffee Pot stamped Victoria from USA

This coffee pot was included in a lot I won at auction.  All other items  were of very high quality, but I cannot identify the maker of this.  Perhaps it is a studio piece. It is about 9" tall, glazed also in the interior, on the bottom of the lid and stamped at the very bottom with what I think says "Victoria".  I hope someone can enlighten me.  I spent a fair bit of time looking around online.  Thanks!
