Japanese ceramic dish from 1980 Empty Japanese ceramic dish from 1980

Dear all, yesterday I bought this ceramic dish at a thrift shop and was surprised to find Japanese writing and a mark on the back. My knowledge of Japanese ceramics is zero, so can anybody help me out.

I have been exhibiting and selling Japanese studio ceramics since 2005 and don't recall seeing anything mark in this manner. I am not able to read kanji and so do not know what it says.

However, it does tell me that it is factory made rather than by an individual studio potter.
