Extremely white body, gold rim,
Leaves and flowers, maybe chrysanthemums?
Hand signed mark
Any ideas?

I asked a Japanese speaker who translated the names Horado and Mikawachi. I think it is Horado ware made at one of the kilns in Mikawachi. I suspect it’s first half of 20th C.
