Porcelain Yunomi, PF mark

I'd be very grateful if anyone can help with the identification of the marker of this yunomi. Here's the description from when I bought it:
Thrown and then roughly paddled sides with deliberate roughness left on the surface as a base for a pale green celadon that pools on a groove round the rim and to the interior. Impressed mark to foot rim and to base.
Measures 8cm high and 9.5cm diameter.

It looks fluted rather than paddled. If it's been paddled then I think whoever sold it to you also made it.
