I will never get used to the b*ll*cks that artists and ceramicists are encouraged to write to make the stuff they produce seem worthy. That's not a dig at this ceramicist but the system.

Agreed. Some stretch it to 2-3 paragraphs with little or no substance such as where they're actually based, and where you can buy more of their work. And these days you can get AI to write it.
I was very tempted to buy one of her pot stands. Might get one next time
