Had these plaques for decades but had no luck researching them.
Marked collard honiton 1940 and are 8cm by 6cm

Really unusual.
You probably know they are Alice in Wonderland Walrus and Carpenter illustrations.

Hi Yep probably did a set of alice figures i reckon these being 2 of them. No one knows anything about them. Tried Honiton pottery and they are in the dark. May have been an exercise as it was war time and maybe the pottery was closed and Collard wanted to do a few bit but that's just an idea.

Good question another mystery to me. RW or WR had no luck tracking it down. These plaques are a real mystery. Look very genuine to me.

Hi They are mine and i agree very weird these. Like i said i have had them for decades and from time to time have tried to get some history on them.
Looks likely that collard or someone at his pottery "RW" made them as i project during war time never meaning to mass produce them. I also feel there was more of them somewhere to make a set of Alice characters.
Probably going to remain a mystery now. I do like them though..very well made
