Yes, it looks right for Chinese Swatow ware, but I suspect it's not very old because of the stamp which could be a kiln mark.
I suspect the dot of blue glaze was an accident as blue is not part of the Swatow colour scheme for this particular motif

Another possiblity is Japanese Inuyama ware, which copied Swatow ware decoration

The seal mark looks more typical of Japanese than Chinese to me but I can't add any more.

The base certainly looks Japanese. To complicate matters further there is also Japanese Shibukusa yaki ware which also copied Swatow motifs
