I picked this up in Devon and thought it was an Italian whimsical sausage dog however I then wondered if it was not possibly Dartmouth Pottery such as the cat below. This said they tended to stay with a single glaze colour and this one is not painted after firing but has the colours within the glaze.

The dog is pretty poorly made it has to be said
