Help with identifying 80s lamp base….. Empty Help with identifying 80s lamp base…..

There’s a clear mark on this quintessentially mid/late 20th century large lamp base and I’m sure I’ve come across it before but I can’t find it in my notes. Any ideas? Fairly well made but  appears to have had the glaze thrown on it from a variety of directions….
