This dish appears to be all hand painted - there are slight variations between the segments. It is 7.5" across the points and 1.25" high. It appears to be earthenware (opaque). The only mark is one blue squiggle on the back.

It looks Asian from the latter half of the 20thC. Appears to be a transfer or block printed outline that has been coloured in (blue on blue). Possibly from Hong Kong, Thailand or Taiwan
