A little pinstripe pedestal base bowl

I’d originally dismissed it as modern what with the dappled indents under the glaze but picked it up as there is a faint hardly there mark.

All I can see with the loupe is part of a capital E or an F so really it’s down to form and finish for an identification and perhaps someone has seen the like before?
