Studio cup, spiral mark or decoration.
Impressed Spiral below handle could be mark but 2 others at top of handle too so maybe just decorative.
Couldnypt match it with any spiral mark makers in book.
I’m sure I’ve seen this style locally so maybe a south west potter.

Helen Griffin in Ireland has a similar spiral stamp, but it might just be decoration
