It might be a Cortendorf figurine . and i strongly believe that it represents the young woman known as L'inconnue de la Seine , as it has the same face expression .

it indeed has something of those cartendorf wall masks. I thought most of Cartendorf's work was signed but in PMM I read that some pieces were not marked.
I have no idea why but I always thought it was made in France and from that Art Deco period... maybe it was made in Germany after all and in the 50s-60s
