Vintage Norwegian Vase - incised mark Empty Vintage Norwegian Vase - incised mark

Can anyone help to ID this vase please? Rather nice it is and it looks like raku but I am not sure.  I acquired it from a collection of vintage pottery and it is likely to be c1970. Incised NORWAY and something beginning with KlVintage Norwegian Vase - incised mark Norway10
