Votive with Ice Texture - Iittala Salla - Designed by Valto Kokko

Hi everyone,
I have a pretty piece here which I think it's a votive or tealight holder because of its size and the diameter of the bottom on the inside would fit tealights perfectly.
The glass is very thick with an ice texture on the inside that's typical of Scandinavian art glass pieces.
No mark and the bottom suggests it's molded glass, Im guessing.
There's a slight upward curve on the bottom and you can kind of see that in the photo.
It's 4 1/4" diameter and 3 1/8" tall.
