Studio pottery footed fish plate/dish Empty Studio pottery footed fish plate/dish

Hi, wondering if anyone can help ID this piece?It is marked but I can't even work out which way round I should be looking at the mark! It's quite a heavy stoneware (I think?) stands on 5 feet. Any thoughts appreciated, thanks.
