Hello - this piece is marked, but I couldn't find similar on the marks site - I searched under 'cross'. Tried Googling the writing on the piece, to no luck also. Any thoughts? Thank you :)

Thank you both I searched for german court jester and Till Eulenspiegel came up - a folklore jester whose surname is not far off the later part of the writing.
