This came in with other lamps

I thought I’d find loads online but only one with no country ID.
Any ideas where it’s from? I’m guessing Spain.

Spain would be my first thought too. It’s the sort of thing I saw on the Mediterranean side of the country while on holiday there in the ‘90s
