ORIENTAL WATERCOLOUR BLACK & WHITE WATER SCENE SIGNED H PR...........

This is an oriental style black and white watercolor painting of a water scene and signed H P..............  - very hard to read but can anyone please help me id this.

To me it has all of the hallmarks of a factory produced painting from the Far East, with a typical impossible to read signature in order to make it appear to be by an individual artist.
