Poppies bowl, London
I bought a lot a few days ago which on the face of it was a poor lot with an estimate of 20-40 and the night before the auction the starting bid was £18. I went to the auction and noted there were two pieces of interest (I’m telling you this for a reason) one was by Bernard Leach, the other by Ed Dier of Rookwood pottery. Both lovely pieces particularly the Ed Dier.
I had to go to a lot more than the estimate to secure them but secure them I did.
There were some other pieces amongst the lot which because of the previously described (reason for my explanation) I wonder if they are of any significance. I will sell them but I like to learn and aside from books and the internet you ladies and gentlemen are the best source of knowledge!
I’ll post the pieces in separate posts.
First one is ‘Poppies’
Thank you in advance for looking.

Re: Poppies bowl, London
Ee and Fe might be glaze codes. Possibly by someone potting at one of the pottery collectives in London

Does the inside of the bowl have poppies on it?

Possibly a member of the London Potters association, which was established in 1986 and has had hundreds of members over the decades

Just to note that there was also the North Street Potters in Clapham:
Naine Woodrow founded the North Street Potters in 1978 in Clapham. Rachel Carpenter, Sherry Sugita, Rosa Bortolozzo, Rosemary Wilkinson, Sarah Carpenter, Lucy Cobb, and Adrian Gonzalez also work there.

The bowl and the mark did ring a bell when I saw the original post and I suspect that I would have seen such items when they were made. Almost certainly on sale in London, so a member of London Potters is a good call. As they are not my kind of things I wouldn't have taken much notice of them at the time.
I have just checked the London Potters Year Book 2000, which is a list of members names and addresses but no name jumps out.
