This fantastic wizard is so similar to Clare Craft but is marked AH and has a Cornwall label. Any ideas on the maker?

I wonder if these Wizards with the PH mark, might be connected with Paula Humphris?

I know her normal mark is totally different. But there are other 'Clare Craft' like Wizards with a label for Legend Designs Polperro. (I'm hoping to get permission to post someones photo's later).
I can't find out anything about Legend Designs. But wonder if it's connected with an ex-worker from Clare Craft?

It could be a coincidence, but it just seems a little strange that Clare craft like wizards were made at Polperro and others with a PH back stamp.
