Chinese carved vase and writing - Ming Jai Empty Chinese carved vase and writing - Ming Jai

I found this in a lot of stuff I purchased , it looks very old and quite interesting, unfortunately I'm no oriental expert so was hoping for a little help

It's quite heavy with a red glazed raised pattern , an impressed mark to base and characters inside all around the vase

Saw one recently labelled Ming Jai made in China
