Studio pottery bowl lustre decoration , n mark? Empty Studio pottery bowl lustre decoration , n mark?

Please can anyone identify this bowl for me. I am not sure whether the mark is 'y' or 'n' or another symbol. I am not sure whether the silver decoration counts as lustre? Any info would be gratefully received - thank you.
