One of my favorite ceramic artists,Karen has produced her best work since leaving Poole pottery a few years ago.

here's a lovely little suger sifter made by Karen at Poolezone studio the decoration is very similar to  Poole PotteryTraditional ware but with Karen's very special slant.

Karen has a keen interest in the part Boudicca played in English history,especially the fact that she took on the Romans in several battles and kicked their ass

I have my fingers and toes crossed that Karen will return to Ceramic design next year

Karen decorated this plate in July 2008,I love her colour choices especially around the bird's head

Karen just emailed me,she is presently working on a series of 6 designs,the series is called flight

and I bought the first trial
