I suspect it’s British and lost a sticker but looks a lot like Figgjo Flint pieces.

the girl has rather a bavarian outfit. i suspect the plate is german , maybe SMF Schramberg. i will tell for sure when reach home because i have a similar one - as architecture, but a different drawing.
