You're problably thinking of Myott, rather than Myatt, who did more art type pottery.
The Rd No is for 1933, Classic probably refers to the pattern name,
however it could be by one of any number of potteries, probably Staffordshire.

Re: Help with ID please -Wardle, Swansea Ware
Well we have a pottery, Wardle art pottery (Staffordshire).
However there is a little more research to be done yet.
This piece does not appear to be tube-lined, just hand-painted and gilded.
The Rhead family severed their connection with Wardle in 1902.
This piece was registered in 1933, so obstensibly no obvious Rhead connection.
Cauldon pottery acquired Wardle in 1925, and continued to use their designs.
The white base with dark blue marks is more typical of Cauldon manufacture.

The two links above by PhilosophiaSB have conflicting info, and only one with a mark.
The pattern matches the "FLORA" on the marked piece.
The pattern on the other is different, but the shape is the same, so the Rd No is
probably for the shape "CLASSIC"?
"SWANSEA WARE" may have been an earlier range on more traditional shapes
maybe 1920s? that used the same "FLORA" decoration.

Further reading on Frederick Rhead says he joined Cauldon pottery in 1929,
Which would have been after it had already acquired Wardle, but became seriously
ill and died in 1933.
I suspect any link to Rhead being the designer, is going to be rather tenuous at best.
