Pretty little bowl with lots of unusual things going on with it unusual crazed
glaze with lots of silvered colored bits in the base on a base colored black...
There is a signed mark like a cats head and GILL with a numbered run.

It looks like crackle glaze raku pottery. With a female Gill? And a cat's face. Raku is usually a low temperature type of pottery. It is not used by many professionals as the results can be unpredictable. A student or hobby potter maybe?

There are lots of raku making courses for hobby potters and schools. I think this is one of those
