2 figurines of clowns with instruments, signed and numbered? Empty 2 figurines of clowns with instruments, signed and numbered?

I could use some help figuring out maker, origin, age of these two clown figurines. They are stamped with numbers (resp 85 and 161 I think) and are both signed with the same signature that I can’t find anywhere. Thanks!
