MCM ceramic lamp

No makers marks to be found, 20 inches tall including the bulb holder. Any info would be great.

Looks German or Italian, but a base pic always helps for ID

Thanks for the answer, Ive added a picture of the base to the original post. It did have some green felt on but it was coming away so I removed it.

Looks more Italian than German, not that I’ve seen anything quite like it.
