odd vase/bottle with mark Empty odd vase/bottle with mark

Unuaual piece very tactile The lid can sit at any angle giving a person type poping out of the bottle body

The mark is very similar to Sidney Tustin of WINCHCOMBE POTTERY but I am far from sure
Anyone any ideas

my first thoughts were italian from the top half but the mark threw me

By the way I forgot to mention it is 20cm tall
