I’ve seen a number of these but still a mystery. Late 1980s - early 1990s. 
I wonder if it was a member of the London Potters group

Thanks Naomi, wasn't sure if the 93 pointed to the year or something else.

I think it must be the year. The numbers are all late 80s and early 90s so not a running total of how many they’ve made
