Looks closer to Dartington then Top Farm to me.

If it's Dartington, they had a number of artists/potters, Tchalenko does seem possible, but I don't know enough about Dartington/Tchalenko to say.

I'm pretty sure it's not Mike Powers, as everything seems off for him, in my opinion anyway.
