DH mark on vase? German Empty DH mark on vase? German

Hi

This beautiful, calming vase has a mark that looks to me like DH, but I am almost hoping it isn't as I can't find the maker by searching DH. Could I get a second opinion on what the mark may be? There are some numbers too, maybe 3155?

With the those other embossed numbers I would suspect it could be German.
