Help identify these wonderful figures!!

I purchased these at an estate sale. The are wonderful, clunky and vibrant. The all have the jury sticker on them, but any writing has faded. The mark on the bottom is the same on all three.

i think they are hungarian , i would say that the short fogy. comes from fogyasztóvédelmi = consumer protection , szam(számológép) is for price and zsuri...i don't know what it comes from, as it is = jury but maybe it has another meaning.

chess pieces maybe ?

I think they are too big for chess pieces, they range from 12” to 14”.
