Looks like the mark starts with a fir tree emblem not 100% of what the letters are or what combination they are in. Tried most combinations of what i think they on google but no potters

The unclear letters look vaguely Cyrillic. East European possibly?

If Cyrillic (apart from the V) it would read as "Kateri(v)a"

Looked at it under magnification, would say it definitely starts with a fir tree, 90% then a K, could be a backwards letter in front of it.
o or a T E p i or l v a. I too feel it has a Scandinavian feel to it. Where ever from and whoever by its well made and nice quality. Its quite petite at 8" tall by 3" wide.
