Nice piece. What diameter is it? The diameter makes a difference as to whether it is plate sized or charger type size.

Thanks, It's different isn't it.
Do you think it is made from porcelain?

It is 24cm Diameter.

24 cms is small dinner plate size. Not one that is very popular with studio potters. It probably makes it more likely to be mass produced.
You can usually tell if a piece is porcelain by its weight. If it feels lighter than pieces of a similar size it might well be porcelain. That bottom unglazed edge does does look much like porcelain.

I beg your pardon, it is 34cm!. Doh!

It does feel the usual weight of something that size.
