Medals Coins Silver and Gold. Empty Medals Coins Silver and Gold.

Bought a Huge tin of medals Coins silver and surprise surprise gold at my local Carboot.
I looked in the tin and guy asked his price for all, I closed tin and paid him. When I got home I emptied tin to display and photograph, and to my surprise there was a Full Krugerrand in amongst the coins. 
There is also what I believe to be a Freemasons silver and gold ring with diamonds.
