How well is the felt stuck down? An unfinished base that needs felt to protect work surfaces is often a sign of a hobby potter

Looks like the same potter, but that still does not tell us anything about it(though the location it sold in could be useful), apart from that someone was willing to pay a fair bit for one.

Felt looks like it's been there forever, stuck all the way around, not loose anywhere. Can't see any Marks or initials, just a hole under chin. Best pics I can get Naomi, hope they help .
