No idea if this is British/Continental,measures 13" x 1 1.5" x 5" Deep.Some obscured printing on base and a impressed 21 in a red cartouche.Lots of gilded leaves and stars.Can anyone out me out of my misery!!!!!!!.Heavily hand decorated stoneware bowl(?). Anyone Recognise the style?. Img_2383

It doesn't look British. My first thought was maybe Sarreguemines, or French anyway.
