15 inches tall earthenware stamped RR mark? Any ideas? Scottish?

Sorry - first time user of this fabulous site so may have listed this already but couldnt see it? I bought this in a charity shop in Pitlochry Scotland about 5 years ago - lovely speckled pale grey glaze with trumpet like top - beautifully made and marked with an RR

it's not in the Marks book and I'm afraid it's not a mark I've come across before
