Have you checked inside the lid, sometimes marks are stamped or incised here. Can you post a photo of the base as this is very important area to help identifying pots.

Very nice high quality skilled teapot. Where did you buy it? Often pieces come locally from Craft shops or potters in the area. If no mark, it probably suffers from the dreaded white sticky label syndrome. Where the original label gets washed off.

Looks a bit like Morgen Hall pots with the pointed twisted top lid. She was from the USA and lived and potted in the UK.

Helps to have a photo of the base even if theres no mark. Decoration looks similar to the work of David Constantine White

One of the Morgen Hall's in the Aberystwyth collection, You may well be right pottery. Its the top twisty bit I was wondering about as regards other potters. She lived and worked in Cardiff. Great potter. Unfortunately no longer with us.

Yes sadly not with us, some wares she didn't always mark. Some sales of her wares: https://antiquesarena.com/product/rare-morgen-hall-globular-teapot-and-cup-and-saucer-studio-pottery/

Many thanks for all your replies. I've had a look inside the lid but no stamp there annoyingly. Here is a photo of the base. I bought it at Detling antique fair in Kent a good 5 or so years ago but no idea if the dealer was based in Kent. It does look a little like Morgen Hall's lovely pottery. Thanks again for suggestions, I shall take a look.

I'm pretty sure it's by David Constantine White. I had a pot with the same decoration -
