help identifying new to me vase, signed but can only make out 1982

I've added yet another pot to my collection. Try as I might I cant decipher the script. All I can make out is 1982. Its really nicely potted with an unusual offset neck. Im not sure its British as the name seems to start Ptr. Any help really appreciated.

Could you give a stab at what you think the name says?

I really struggled but for the surname I got Prtinabumles but thats not bought anything up and I dont think its right.It looks possibly that there an umlaut over the a. Thats why I posted on here hoping somone would recognize the style. Thank you for replying

There are a couple on a well known auction site. One has writing down the side of the vase.
