Crimsom Drip Bowl with Inclusions, bird, W or VV mark

Plain looking bowl outside, but beautiful crimsom (red is exaggerated by phone) colour on the inside with contrasting inclusions or blobs. L L crossing on foot, along with what appears to be Native American Petroglyph of a bird. Any help identifying would be much appreciated.

Similar to the VW mark used by Val Williamson but having found some of her work I now think it's unlikely to be by her
